My vegetarian life

I listen to my stomach so I decided to be a vegetarian. Strat with not eating red meat that make me feel lije my stomach is on hard work, then I tried not to eat fish, shrimp or even my most favorite seafood, clab. Being vegetarian is not as hard as you think if you are not a red meat love as I do. I can eat cheese pizza, ice cream or cake if want to, because it's not UNvegetarian food at all. Vegetarians are not vegans. We eat egg and diary product, anyway it is up to how much you strict. Eating is individual preference. Like me myself, I feel bad when I drink cow milk so I drink soy or almond one instead. According to being afraid of fat body, I gave up sugar and white bread. Once I've noticed myself, I can feel clean insode of my body.
It's like my stomach and all digestive organ are saying 'I feel so incedible! Thx.' and that make me happy in every movement of my body and whenever I eat. I used to tried giving up on eggs because I'd like to upgrade my level but there are some reasons I can't do that. Eggs contrain a lot essential nutrient and vitamin. It caused my life harder when I have to take supplements and being afraid of lacking any vitamin. Plus it's hard for me when I went eat out with my freinds or family, because usual restaurant olny have salad for vegetarian and that made me sick of it. Lastly, I feel so simple when I cook and feel simple when being myself like this. I promise to myself that I would be keeping on being a vegetarian all my life long.
